At Blooming Atelier, we take great care in ensuring your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and on time. Please read our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Where We Deliver
​
We currently deliver to selected suburbs within Sydney, NSW, including Parramatta and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Schedule
​

Same-Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Saturday.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next available delivery day.

We deliver Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays (unless arranged in advance for events or weddings).

Delivery Timeframes

While we can’t guarantee specific times, we aim to deliver:

To schools by 3:00 PM

To businesses by 5:00 PM

To residential addresses by 8:00 PM
Please note: Delivery delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or access issues. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery Instructions
​
If no one is home, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location (e.g. by the front door or with reception). If you do not want flowers left unattended, please mention this in the "Special Delivery Instructions" at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
​
Please ensure that all delivery information is correct when placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries due to:

In such cases, redelivery fees may apply.

Shipping Outside Our Zone
​
We currently do not offer nationwide shipping or international delivery. Our focus is on providing premium-quality floral delivery within our local service area.

Click & Collect
​
Want to pick up your flowers? You can select Click & Collect at checkout. We’ll let you know when your order is ready for collection at our Parramatta studio.
