1. Orders & Delivery

​

  • Orders can be placed online, in-store or by phone.

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Saturday.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on public holidays.

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, the flowers may be left in a safe location. If this is not possible, redelivery fees may apply.


    2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Because flowers are perishable, we are unable to accept returns.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

3. Flower Availability & Substitution

​

  • We use the freshest blooms available, but floral varieties are subject to seasonal and market availability.

  • When necessary, we may substitute flowers or packaging to maintain the style, value, and quality of your arrangement.

  • All photos on our site are indicative only.

4. Pricing & Payment

​

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

5. Privacy

​

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected only for the purpose of fulfilling your order or contacting you regarding your purchase. We will never share your details with third parties without your consent.

6. Delivery Term and Conditions

​

We’ll always do our best to deliver your flowers to the exact address you provide. Please double-check all delivery details when placing your order, including the recipient’s name, contact number, and any apartment or unit numbers.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or failed deliveries, and unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility in those cases. If the address is hard to find or has limited access, please include additional instructions at checkout. In some instances, our couriers may need to call the recipient to confirm access or arrange a convenient delivery time.

Delivery Protocol

​

Our goal is always to deliver flowers directly to the intended recipient.

However, specific locations may require flexibility:

  • Businesses: Deliveries may be left at reception or a mail room.

  • Hospitals: Where possible, flowers will be delivered to the patient’s bedside. If that’s not permitted, deliveries may be left with reception or nursing staff.

  • Homes: If no one is available at the delivery address, and it’s safe to do so, our couriers will leave the flowers at the door, ideally out of sight from the street and protected from the weather.

If you have special delivery preferences or do not want flowers left unattended, please note this clearly in the "Special Delivery Instructions" section when placing your order.

Delivery Time Frames

Standard delivery applies to all orders without a specified time request. While we can’t guarantee exact delivery times, we aim to deliver:

  • To schools before 3:00 PM

  • To businesses before 5:00 PM

  • To residential addresses before 8:00 PM

We always aim to deliver on your selected date, but please be aware that unexpected issues such as traffic delays or access restrictions may impact timing. In such cases, we may contact the recipient directly to coordinate a successful delivery.

7. Interstate Orders

​

At this present time, we do not offer delivery outside the Sydney and surrounding areas. We only accept orders for locations we deliver ourselves direct from our store.​​

8.  Intellectual Property​
All content on this website including images, branding, and text is the property of Blooming Atelier and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By using this website or placing an order with Blooming Atelier, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in the event of any dispute or claim arising from your use of our services or website.
