At Blooming Atelier, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.

Perishable Products

​

Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we offer replacements or refunds where appropriate, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • Your flowers are damaged

  • You received the wrong item or arrangement

  • Your order did not arrive at all (and delivery details were correct)

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the flowers or packaging (if applicable)

When Refunds Are Not Offered

​

We do not offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The wrong delivery address was provided at checkout

  • Flowers were left unattended (with authority to leave) and damaged after delivery

  • You simply changed your mind

  • The issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery

Quality Issues & Replacements

​

  • If your flowers perish within 2 days of delivery despite proper care, please email us at info@bloomingatelier.com.au (Mon–Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 10am–4 pm, AEST).

  • Provide 2–3 photos:

    1. A close-up showing the issue (e.g. wilted petals)

    2. A wider shot showing the vase or environment

    3. The packaging as received

  • Once assessed, we’ll gladly send a replacement arrangement if deterioration occurred despite following care instructions.

How Refunds Are Processed

​

If approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
